Gunnar Jahn (
10 January 1883 -31 January 1971 ) was a Norwegian jurist, economist and politician.He was the Norwegian Minister of Finance 1934-1935, and member of the Administrative Council in
Oslo as Minister of Finance and Minister of Labour in 1940. He represented the party "Venstre".During the German occupation of Norway 1940-1945, he was a member of the central leadership of the Resistance. He was sent to the German concentration camp of
Grini located outside of Oslo in 1944. After the German surrender in 1945, he became member of the Norwegian interim government. He then headed the Central Bank of Norway from 1946 to 1954.External links
