Køge Boldklub is a Danish football club from Køge, Zealand. They play currently in Danish 1st Division.

On 2007-02-27 the club agreed on an extraordinary general meeting a merger with Herfølge Boldklub, to form HB Køge. The merger was halted by the Danish Football Association in March 2007, due to a missed deadline. On March 1, Køge Boldklub declared its insolvency.
