"Eating's Not Cheating" is the third album released by nerdcore rapper MC Chris. It was released in 2004 during MC Chris's first tour. In 2005, the album was re-released on DC Flag Records with additional tracks.

The album name references to cunnilingus, or "eating out". The album cover is what seems to be an open mouth with a tongue sticking out to simulate cunninlingus, but since the distortion of the picture is high, it could be any number of things.
