"Heliconia episcopalis" (syn.: "Heliconia biflora" Eicheler ex. Petersen, "Bihai episcopalis" (Vell.) Kunze) of Heliconiaceae family is an erect herb typically grows less than 3 a 7 inch tall, native to Amazon Rainforest, mainly Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, French Guyana, Surinam, Brazil, Ecuador, and Peru in South America.
