Lombroso, Lumbroso, Lumbrozo is a surname, derived from a Sephardic family, members of which lived in Tunis, Marseilles, and Italy. The two forms of the family name are due to different readings of the Hebrew "לומברוזו", according to [http://www.jewishencyclopedia.com/view.jsp?artid=530&letter=L] . The surname may refer to:

* Giacomo Lumbroso (born 1859, Leghorn), Italian physician
* Isaac Lumbroso (?-1752), Chief rabbi of Tunis and rabbinical author
* Cesare Lombroso (1836-1909): An Italian criminologist. On his father's side he was descended from a family which for many generations had been rich in rabbis and Hebraists.
