Netsys Technologies

Netsys Technologies was a Palo Alto, California technology company that developed computer network simulation, modeling, and management software. The company was founded in 1991 by CEO Herb Madan, Jim McGuire, and Richard Pelavin, and grew to approximately 50 employees by the time it was acquired by Cisco Systems for $79M in November 1996. [1]
