The station is served by local services operated byNational Express East Anglia on theBittern Line fromNorwich toCromer andSheringham .Opened in the mid 1980s Roughton Road station is unstaffed and consists of a single platform.
The station is approximately half a mile from the site of the now closed
Cromer High railway station , the former terminus of theGreat Eastern Railway , and is situated on the site of the former junction between the Great Eastern Railway and theNorfolk and Suffolk Joint Railway , at the entrance to the disusedCromer Tunnel .External links
