Brúðkaupslagið: Brúðkaupslagið (Icelandic for the "Wedding song") is one of the Icelandic band Todmobile's earliest and most beloved songs. It originally came out in the spring of 1990 under the name of Brúðkaupsdansinn ("The wedding dance") and immediately became extremely popular. When the band's second album, the eponymous 'Todmobile' was underway, most of the songs were called '-song', i.e. "Bugson", "Firesong" etc. So the song was renamed and that title has stuck.
