Tylopoda (meaning "padded foot") is a suborder of the mammalian order Artiodactyla, containing some families, like the Camelidae, Oromerycidae, Protoceratidae, and Xiphodontidae, the Oreodontidae (however a fewFact|date=August 2008 paleontologists still put this group in suina) and sometimes Cainotheriidae, among others. Camels and Llamas are among the better known examples of this suborder, and the only ones still alive today.
