John Winston Spencer-Churchill, 7th Duke of Marlborough, KG (2 June 1822 – 4 July 1883) was an English statesman and nobleman. He was the son of George Spencer-Churchill, 6th Duke of Marlborough and Lady Jane Stewart.
Spencer-Churchill was educated at Eton and Oriel College, Oxford. He served as Lord President of the Council in Lord Derby's (1867–1868) government, then in Benjamin Disraeli's 1868 government. He declined the Viceroyalty of Ireland in 1874, but was later Lord Lieutenant of Ireland from 1876 to 1880.
On 12 July 1843, he married Lady Frances Anne Emily Vane (1822 – 1899), the only daughter of the 3rd Marquess of Londonderry and they had eleven children:
