Supreme Division, 15th Blackwell Miners Welfare Football Club are a football club established in the early 1900s and based in Blackwell, near Alfreton, Derbyshire, England. They currently play in the East Midlands Counties Football League, having joined from the Central Midlands League Supreme Division at the end of the 2007-08 season.
In 1984, the club joined the Central Midlands League. In the 2004–05 season, they reached the First Round Proper of the FA Vase.
