The British Sandwich Association(BSA) was founded in January 1990. Its aim is to set technical standards for sandwich making and encourage improvement in the industry.
The British Sandwich Association is a non-commercial organisation run on behalf of its members by Trade Publications Ltd.
The BSA also host the "Sammies" annual awards for sandwich manufacturers and retailers.
