Four Rivers Transportation, Inc. is a railway holding company in the United States.

It currently owns three railroads:
* Paducah and Louisville Railway in Western Kentucky
* Evansville Western Railway in Southwestern Indiana and Southern Illinois
* Appalachian and Ohio Railroad in West Virginia

Four Rivers Transportation is jointly owned by the management of the Paducah and Louisville RailwayFact|date=August 2008 as well as CSX Corporation; the latter holds a majority.
