Dr. Philippe Desan is a professor of Romance languages at the
University of Chicago . Originally from France, Dr. Desan is among the topMontaigne scholars alive today. He received his Phd. from the University of California Davis, and has published widely on several topics pertaining to theFrench Renaissance .Other accolades include:
-Knighthood from the French Government-Served for 7 years as Master of the Humanities Collegiate Division at the University of Chicago.
