Colin Brown (politician)

Colin Brown is an English politician. He stood in Leicester East for the British Veritas party. He achieved the second highest vote for Veritas in the country after its leader, Robert Kilroy Silk, in the 2005 General Election.

Brown served as Veritas' Foreign Affairs Spokesperson.

He was a leadership contender along with Patrick Eston and Winston McKenzie but was beaten by Patrick Eston in the leadership election in September 2005.

Brown resigned from Veritas, along with a number of others, after Veritas' AGM along with Pete Paskin, Veritas' Youth Spokesperson.

Brown said about Veritas: "When I joined it was a dream." [Goodley 8.]
