Blanc Rival

In the fictional Gundam universe, the SCV-73 Blanc Rival is the fifth "Pegasus" class mobile suit carrier during the One Year War in UC 0079. The ship appeared briefly in the Playstation 2 game .

It is unknown exactly when the "Blanc Rival" was constructed, but the ship was finished or neared completion by November of UC 0079. During the Zeon assault on the Earth Federation's underground headquarters Jaburo, the "Blanc Rival" was discovered by the Zeon's elite "Midnight Fenrir" team. The docked ship had no other choice than to fire at the invaders and the Federation's Lt. Agar piloted the incomplete RX-78-6 Mudrock to assist ship. Despite the valiant effort of Lt. Agar and the ship's crew, both the "Blanc Rival" and the "Mudrock" were unfortunately neutralized and heavily damaged by the "Midnight Fenrir" before the Zeon retreat was called. The "Blanc Rival" was repaired and participated in "Operation Star One". The ship's current fate is unknown, though it likely participated in the federation naval review at Konpei Island in U.C. 0083 and was likely destroyed along with more than 60% of the federation fleet.
