Sir Henry Egerton Aubrey-Fletcher, 8th Baronet (born 27 November 1945) is the current Lord Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire. He is the grandson of Sir Henry Aubrey-Fletcher, 6th Bt who held the same position from 1954 to 1961.
Aubrey-Fletcher is the only son and second child of Sir John Aubrey-Fletcher, 7th Baronet and Diana Mary Fynvola Egerton. He was educated at Eton College. He married Sara Roberta Buchanan in 1976, and with her has three sons:

*Thomas Egerton Aubrey-Fletcher, born 17 November 1980
*Harry Buchanan Aubrey-Fletcher, born 29 March 1982
He inherited the Fletcher baronetcy upon the death of his father in 1992. Among his many pastimes are pigeon shooting and rowing.
