Erythromycin 2%w/w andisotretinoin 0.05%w/w for the treatment of acneIsotretinoin is a type of vitamin A.It reduces the production of keratin.Acne is caused by blockage of sebaceous glands. This leads to an accumulation of the skins natural oils bacteria on the skin feed on the oil which further inflame the gland causing acne. The active ingredients stops the changes the bacteria causes to try stop the acne.Avoid wearing while using tanning machines i.e sunbeds as it can make the skin sensitive.Do not use near eyes or mouth.Wash hands after use.Do not use when pregnant or breast feeding harmful to children & the unborn.Do not use on sensitive area i.e the neck.Do not use if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.If skin starts to burn when wearing wash off & do not use until have spoken to your GP.If the skin starts to dry out stop using as much & limit the time using it i.e if you use 3 times a day limit to 2 & so on.
