Binfield , nearBracknell ,Berkshire inEngland . They are currently members of theHellenic Football League Division One East.Established in
1892 , the club played their early days in the Ascot and District League, and moved to the Reading and District League in1950 . After almost forty years in that league, they entered theChiltonian League Division One in1989 , and promptly won the title in their first year gaining promotion to the Premier Division. Their biggest success was winning the Chiltonian League Championship in1996 . When the Chiltonian League merged with theHellenic League in2000 , Binfield joined the expanded competition and have been members of Division One East ever since. Since joining the Hellenic League, their highest finishing position has been fifth, which was achieved in both the 2003-04 and 2004-05 seasons.The club moved to their current Stubbs Lane ground in
1980 , after having previously shared facilities with the local cricket club at Forest Road. WithBracknell Forest District Council having granted planning permission for floodlights, Binfield are putting together a ground that will have the necessary facilities for entry into theFA Vase .External links
