"End in Tears" is a novel by Ruth Rendell. It features her popular character Chief Inspector Reg Wexford, and is the 20th novel in the series. In 2007 it was longlisted for the Theakston's Old Peculier Crime Novel of the Year Award, the only such award voted for solely by the public.
