"Golden Greats" is the second solo album released by Ian Brown, the ex-frontman of The Stone Roses. Despite the title, the album is not a compilation album, but rather, a studio album. The album contains soaring sonic textures and electronic dance beats; it is less song-oriented than "Unfinished Monkey Business". "Golden Greats" showcases a diverse usage of instruments including strings, Mellotron and organs.
Track 10, "Babasonicos" is the name of an actual Argentine band that collaborated with Brown on the song. Brown considers "Love Like A Fountain" to be his best solo material. Fact|date=April 2007
