CTM Madison Family Theatre

CTM Madison Family Theatre is now known as Children's Theater of Madison. This resident company of the Overture Center for the Arts in Madison, Wisconsin, USA is a non-profit, tax exempt organization founded in 1965 to provide quality theater accessible to all members of the community, to provide production experience and educational opportunities to local actors and technical persons, to promote discussion of important ideas and cultural awareness, and to cultivate appreciation of live theater. Founders included The American Association of University Women, Madison Junior Women's Club, Edgewood College, and Zeta Phi Eta Professional Speech and Drama.

CTM produces a full season of plays and musicals, including reduced-cost weekday matinees for school groups and reduced-price tickets for low-income groups and families, teaches after-school, weekend, and summer acting classes (scholarships available) for children and adults, and holds auditions open to the entire community, regardless of experience.
