Lionel Hicks

Lionel Hicks began his career aged 15 as a drummer for such bands as
UFO, Kid Wicked and Gene Loves Jezebel.

After two decades of drumming, Lionel moved into music production, andhis considerable music production credits include USM (United States ofMind), , Teaser, Lady Luck, Kid Wicked, all of the Balance of Power albums and Tamrah Aeryn.

Lionel cross migrated into film production in 2004, producing the bestselling documentary Heathenology (in which he also featured), thepopular music video Chemical Imbalance and the music video Sateen in Mind for Tamrah Aryn, whom he also produced.

Between January and April 2005, Lionel produced both the on screenaudio & Music for the feature motion picture FRANK.

Since 2005, Lionel has established himself as both a film producer and audio producer on features and short films. His credits include Final Run starring Norman Reedus, Tommy Flanagan (actor) and Frank Harper; short film The Red Shoes starring Beth Winslet; and he is currently producing the audio for an unnamed feature starring Danny Dyer.
