"You and Me" is a song released by Lifehouse. Produced in 2002 and released in January 2005, it has had a major impact as it remained on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 62 weeks. More than three years after its release, it is still charting on the Adult Contemporary Recurrents chart, where it has been in the top 10 for 66 weeks. It peaked at #5 on the "Billboard" Hot 100 chart and sold 809,000 copies in 2005, making it the ninth-best-selling song of that year.
