Athens Youth Symphony

Athens Youth Symphony

The Athens Youth Symphony is a symphony based out of Athens, Georgia. The symphony was founded in 2001. It is currently directed by Karl Schab. They usually have two concerts a year, one in the fall and one in the spring. The symphony is made up of middle and high schoolers.

The main goal of the symphony is to allow musicans play in a symphony without interfering with their school activies. Their pratices are on Sundays.
