Frances Day (real name Frances Victoria Schenck) (b. December 16, 1908, East Orange, New Jersey, USA – d. April, 1984, Windsor, UK) was an American actress and singer who achieved great popularity in the UK in the 1930s.

Day's career began in New York City as a nightclub singer and progressed to the London musical stage.
