Meade Emory, JD, LLM, is an
attorney , a professor oflaw at theUniversity of Washington School of Law, a former Assistant to the Commissioner of theUnited States Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and a co-founder of theChurch of Spiritual Technology (CST) in 1982 [ [http://www.americanreligion.org/books/scientology.html Founding of CST] ] , which does business as theL. Ron Hubbard Library . Emory served as Legislation Counsel for theU.S. Congress Joint Committee on Taxation from 1970 to 1972. Professor Emory is admitted to the bar inWashington, D.C. , Washington state, andIowa .
