Mary Jessica Gibbs (born October 5, 1996 in Pasadena, California) is an American voice actress.

At age three and a half, she gave voice to the toddler Boo in Disney/Pixar's "Monsters, Inc." Her age at the time made it difficult for her to record dialogue while confined in a sound booth, so the recording crew followed her around the studio for several days and recorded the baby-talk sounds she made. These recordings were edited into the film as her character's dialogue.

Uncredited, she voiced baby Nala in the "Lion King" merchandise and a little girl named Sha-Ron in "Mulan 2".
