Wouly de Bie

Wouly Sybrand de Bie (born March 4, 1958 in Beverwijk, Noord Holland) is a former water polo goalkeeper from The Netherlands, who participated in two Summer Olympics. In 1980 he finished in sixth position with the Dutch team. Four years later in Los Angeles, California De Bie once again gained the sixth spot in the final rankings with Holland.

De Bie was hired by Water Polo Canada to coach the Canada women's national water polo team in May 2002. At that moment he had fifteen years of experience as an international coach with Dutch and French club teams, as well as national squads in Kuwait and most recently in New Zealand.
