"Thrills, Kills and Sunday Pills" is the fourth studio album by Australian rock band, Grinspoon. It was released on 20 September 2004. The album represents a dramatic change in style towards a more mainstream, teen orientated image. "Hard Act to Follow" and "Hold on Me", were minor hits for the band, and represent a more easy listening rock style for the band. "Better Off Alone", a ballad rock song, was also a minor hit. There is a lack of any songs in their older metal style.Fact|date=July 2008
