Horse Racing TV (HRTV) is a digital cable channel that is dedicated to the world of horse racing. It is owned by Magna Entertainment Corporation (MEC), and Churchill Downs Incorporated.

HRTV is a 24-hour television network providing up to 15 hours per day of wire-to-wire coverage of live horse racing action from up to 70 thoroughbred, harness and quarter horse racetracks in the United States, Canada and Australia.

HRTV broadcasts live daily from Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California.

Laffit Pincay III, son of retired Hall of Fame jockey Laffit Pincay, Jr. is one of the expert commentators employed by HRTV along with retired Hall of Fame jockey Gary L. Stevens.

Currently it is available through Dish Network, select markets of Verizon FiOS TV, Time Warner Cable, and Cox Communications, as well as on the Comcast Digital Sports Tier in select U.S. markets.
