Gregory A. Prince is an American historian and author specializing in the history of the
Latter Day Saint movement . With William Robert Wright, he co-authored the recent biography "David O. McKay and the Rise of Modern Mormonism ". Prince is also the author of .Prince received two 2006
Mormon History Association Book Awards for his work. The recent biography "David O. McKay and the Rise of Modern Mormonism ", co-authored with Wright, received the Association's Best Biography award. His Journal of Mormon History article (Spring 2005), written with Gary Topping, "A Turbulent Coexistence: Duance Hunt, David O. McKay, and a Quarter-Century of Catholic-Mormon Relations," received the "J. Talmage Jones Award of Excellence".
