Formed in Chicago, Illinois in 2005 by David Lewis, Riot Act Media is a boutique marketing firm and record label. In November 2005 Riot Act relocated to New Haven, Connecticut. And in the spring of 2007, Riot Act relocated back to Chicago, additionally hiring Joan Hiller as chief publicist.
