Renard "Rennie" Hatzke (b. November 30, 1955) is best known as the drummer for German pop group Münchener Freiheit.

Hatzke was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, moving to Munich at age 11. After performing in several professional rock groups (Wheels produced by Roger Glover), Inker & Hamilton, Hatzke joined up with Stefan Zauner, a multi-instrumentalist fresh out of Amon Düül II, drumming on his 1976 solo album "Narziss". In 1982, Hatzke was invited by Zauner to join Münchener Freiheit, first appearing on their album, "Licht". As of 2005, Hatzke remains a member of Münchener Freiheit.

In concert, Hatzke has been known to swap places with Zauner, coming centre stage to sing lead vocals while Zauner covers the drums.
