Anare Jale

Anare Jale is a Fijian civil servant, who was the Chief Executive Officer of the Public Service Commission (PSC) from May 2005 to 7 December 2006, when he was dismissed from office by the military junta which had seized power on 5 December. Relations between Jale and the Military Commander, Commodore Frank Bainimarama, had long been strained..

Prior to his appointment as head of the PSC, Jale was Fiji's Ambassador to the United States.
