Fort Monostor

Fort Monostor: Fort Monostor is situated close to the city of Komárom, Hungary. The building of the Monostor Fortress was built between 1850 and 1871. After the World War II the Soviets built the biggest ammunition storage in the Fortress of Monostor. Thousands of waggons of ammunition were forwarded from the strictly guarded objects. Now it works as a museum.
