John Alexander (Jocky) Scott (born 14 January 1948 in Aberdeen) is a Scottish football coach and former player. He is now a coach at Danish club Viborg FF.

He played for Scotland, Dundee and Aberdeen, and once memorably scored a hat-trick when the "Dons" beat Rangers 5-1 in a Scottish League Cup semi final. He was capped twice for the Scotland national team in 1971.

Since retiring as a player, he has managed Aberdeen, Dundee, Arbroath, Hibernian (as a caretaker), Notts County and Raith Rovers. He was reserve team manager at Sunderland before joining Plymouth Argyle as first team coach under Bobby Williamson in 2004. When Williamson was sacked, Scott took over as caretaker manager for four games.
