Lajos Baróti (born
19 August 1914 atSzeged , died23 December 2005 aged 91) was most famous for being the coach of theHungary national football team during two spells (1957-66, 1975-78). He led the team to four World Cups, and won the Bronze medal in the1960 Summer Olympics and the Gold medal in the1964 Summer Olympics .Other teams he had coached include:Győri ETO ,Vasas SC ,Újpest FC ,Wacker Innsbruck ,SL Benfica , and thePeru national football team .During his playing career, he played for
