Simonsen & Weel

Simonsen & Weel (also known as "Simonsen & Weel Medico Teknik") is a Danish medical company. Among its products were manufactured high quality vital sign monitors and defibrillators which were marketed under its own name (S&W) as well as rebadged as Air Shields, Marquette etc.Fact|date=February 2007 The company was taken over by Vickers PLC in 1988. The company returned to Danish ownership in 2003 and is currently owned by Abacus ApS. Managing CEO is main shareholder, Rolf Bladt.
