Short track speed skating at the 2006 Winter Olympics

Short track speed skating at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games included four men's disciplines and four women's disciplines. They were held at the Torino Palavela. In the men's competition, Ahn Hyun-Soo earned a medal in each event, winning three golds. On the women's side, Jin Sun-Yu scored three gold medals.

The men's 1500 metre race was held on February 12, 2006. On February 16, Canada filed a protest with the Court of Arbitration for Sport over the results of the Final A, but it was dismissed. Evgenia Radanova of Bulgaria, who won the silver, crossed the finish line with part of one of her skates in the air, which is against the rules.
