Arthur John Richardson (24 July 1888, Clare, South Australia – 23 December 1973, Semaphore, South Australia) was an Australian Test cricketer who played nine Tests for Australia.

Richardson was one of the few Australians to play with spectacles. In October 1927 Richardson was appointed by the Western Australian Cricket Association as state coach for a two year contract. Arthur Richardson is unrelated to Victor Richardson, his former Australian and South Australian team-mate.
