The Two Coreys

The Two Coreys (also known as The Coreys) are two popular teen actors from the 1980s, Corey Feldman and Corey Haim. Born in the same year, the two Jewish [ [http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20040769_20040772_20047100_2,00.html Entertainment Weekly] ] actors appeared in many films together, most notably a number of successful teen-oriented films in the late 1980s. Feldman starred in "Gremlins", "The Goonies", "Stand By Me", and "" while Haim starred in "Silver Bullet" and "Lucas" before being joined together in the movie "The Lost Boys" in 1987.

Reality show

"The Two Coreys" is also a reality show on the A&E Network. The premise began with Haim, unemployed, single, and slovenly, moves in with Feldman and Feldman's wife, Susie Sprague (married by fellow celebrity star M.C. Hammer on a 2002 "Surreal Life" episode) in a threesome in the style of the film "You, Me & Dupree". RDF USA Vice President Greg Goldman said because Feldman and Haim have been friends on and off screen for several years, the chemistry between the two "just pops off the screen." He explains, "Everyone feels like they know the Coreys." [ [http://www.imdb.com/news/wenn/2006-06-22#celeb9 IMDb news article] ] On Tom Green Live, Corey Feldman said the house they were staying in during the filming of The Two Coreys was a rental but they ended up staying there. As of Summer 2008, Corey Feldman has stated that he does not want any contact with Haim again. There will be no season 3 of the show.Fact|date=July 2008

* In an episode of "Family Guy", Brian sings to an old reclusive woman about life after the 1960s a song which includes the lyric, "We're only four years away from voting Feldman-Haim", and he proceeds to reveal an election banner which reads, "Corey x2 in 2004."

* In Weird Al Yankovic's song "Couch Potato" he mentions "the rise and decline of twelve actors named Corey".
