Gapuwiyak (called Lake Evella in English) is an Australian Aboriginal community located in north east Arnhem Land, Northern Territory.
Gapuwiyak supports a vibrant community of Aboriginal people from many different families or clans. Lake Evella is situated at the bottom of the community.
The community produces a newsletter called "Gapuwiyak Dhäwu".
