The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad ( _hi. अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद), ABVP, 'All-India Students' Council'), is a youth political group drawing its inspiration from the nationalist Indian Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The ABVP was founded in 1948 and formally registered on July 9, 1949.
