Musselburgh railway station is a railway station serving the town of Musselburgh, East Lothian near Edinburgh in Scotland. It was opened in 1988 and is located on the North Berwick Line, 8 km (5¼ miles) east of Edinburgh Waverley. It is located near the recently built campus of the Queen Margaret University.

Service

Monday to Friday daytimes there is an hourly service westbound to Edinburgh and eastbound to North Berwick with a half-hourly service on Saturdays. Evenings and Sundays there is an hourly service in each direction. A small number of weekday services now also run to Dunbar from Edinburgh, stopping only at Musselburgh.
