Moses Nelson Baker, Ph. B., C.E., (1864 – 1955) was an American editor and writer, born at Enosburgh, Vt. He graduated from the University of Vermont (collegiate department) in 1886 and from the engineering school a year later. In 1887 he became associate editor, and in 1908, editor of the Engineering News. He was editor of the Manual of American Water Works (1888-91), (1897) and of the Municipal Year Book (1902).
