James Hamm

James Joseph Hamm was convicted for murdering two college students in 1974. [ Post-Gazette, August 10, 2003. ] After spending over 17 years in prison, he was paroled and attended Arizona State University, where he graduated with honors. [ http://makedemocracywork.org/archives/2005/10/07/forgiving-james-hamm/ ] Mr. Hamm passed the bar exam on his second attempt, but his application seeking admission to the Arizona bar was rejected by the Arizona Supreme Court in "In the Matter of Hamm", 123 P.3d 652 in December 2005.
