William Henry Draper (Congressman)

William Henry Draper (June 24 1841-December 7 1921) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives representing New York state from March 4, 1901 to March 3, 1913.

He was born in Rochdale, Worcester County, Massachusetts in 1841 and moved with his family to Troy, New York in 1847. He was the president of W.H. Draper & Sons which manufactured cord and twine. He died in Troy, New York on December 7, 1921.
