"Caught in a Moment" is a pop ballad performed by British group Sugababes. It was written by Marius De Vries, Jony Lipsey, Karen Poole, and band members Keisha Buchanan, Mutya Buena, and Heidi Range for the band's third studio album "Three". Released in 2004 as the album's fourth and final single, the song reached number 8 on UK Singles Chart. The single was also featured in the film "Wimbledon".

The music video is very simple and doesn't have a basic storyline. The entire music video is in black and white, with the Sugababes being surrounded by "huge lights". The girls are seated during the duration of the video.
