"Too Much Too Soon", aka "New York Dolls in Too Much Too Soon", is the second album by New York Dolls and last studio album by the original recording line-up. The album was produced by Shadow Morton, a songwriter and record producer closely associated with the Shangri-Las. The album's title is taken from the title of the autobiography of actress Diana Barrymore, to whom the album is also dedicated. The autobiography was also made into a film of the same name.

Mercury Records in Japan released a limited 24-bit remastered edition in 2006.
